THE ORGANISATION This global organisation is seeking an ER Lead to join its progressive and forward-thinking HR team.
This is a 12 month contract opportunity, created to backfill an internal promotion, and offers the chance to influence ER strategy within a dynamic and evolving workplace.
THE ROLE Reporting directly to the EGM of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and embedding effective ER frameworks across the business.
Key responsibilities include: Providing expert coaching and guidance to People Culture team members on complex ER matters, employment policy interpretation, and people management practices.
Designing and implementing ER toolkits, processes, and procedures to strengthen organisational capability and support consistent, compliant decision-making.
Managing relationships with external legal counsel to ensure the business receives accurate, timely, and pragmatic legal advice.
Delivering high-impact culture and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience and align with organisational values.




This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the strategic and operational aspects of ER and is motivated by the opportunity to drive meaningful change.
THE CRITERIA To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced ER professional with a strong background in HR or People Culture functions.
You will bring sound and current knowledge of Australian employment legislation and ER best practice.
Current experience working in either financial services or professional services organisations.
A current practising certificate (highly desirable) and confidence in engaging with legal stakeholders.
