About the Role: We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Aged Disability Support Workers to join our growing team to provide quality support to people living with disabilities and older Australians, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming and toileting.
Support participants with daily living activities and household tasks.
Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders (where authorised).
Provide transport to appointments, shopping and community activities.
Support clients to develop independent living and life skills.
Promote social inclusion,



community participation and meaningful engagement.
Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports.
Follow individual care plans while respecting each client's preferences, dignity and cultural background.
Work collaboratively with families, coordinators and healthcare professionals.
Requirements: Certificate III or IV (Individual Support/Ageing/Disability or equivalent) or higher degree qualifications in related fields Current Working With Children Check (where applicable).
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, overnight and public holidays as required.
