You'll be out in the field driving safety, quality and environmental standards — not sitting behind a desk ticking boxes.
Venture Smart operates 24/7, so this role requires flexibility across shifts: Early starts (around 6:00am pre-starts) Evening / night shift coverage (pre-starts around 5:00pm) Very occasional call out on a weekend and travel across WA What You'll Be Doing Supporting crews to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality work Being visible in the field — coaching and influencing standards Supporting audits, inspections, and SHEQ requirements Assisting with incident investigations and driving learnings Identifying risks early and helping teams resolve them properly Contributing to continuous improvement across projects What We're Looking For We're flexible on background — what matters is how you show up on site.
Essential Experience in construction, civil, electrical or similar environments Strong communication — able to influence,
