The Role Manage a diverse family law practice including divorce, property settlements, parenting matters, spousal maintenance, child support and family law litigation.
Advise clients on financial agreements, negotiate outcomes through mediation and alternative dispute resolution, and assist with complex parenting disputes.
Build trusted client relationships while working closely with experienced practitioners in a collaborative team environment.




About You You will ideally have 7-8 years' post-admission experience in Family Law, with strong experience across parenting matters, property settlements and financial agreements.
You will ideally demonstrate well-developed advocacy, negotiation, drafting and file management skills, together with a client-focused approach.
You will ideally bring strong professional judgment, attention to detail, a collaborative mindset and an interest in ongoing professional development and business development activities.
