Job Description The Treasury, Tax Compliance Manager leads Group treasury, liquidity, funding and capital management activities, ensuring robust cash flow forecasting, effective banking relationships and prudent financial risk management across all jurisdictions.
The role oversees Australian and international tax compliance and structuring, providing technical advice on cross‐border transactions, transfer pricing, and regulatory obligations including African operations.
It supports and strengthens the Group's enterprise risk management, compliance and governance frameworks, including internal controls, insurance and statutory reporting.




The position provides tax and compliance oversight for complex commercial and revenue‐generating arrangements, partnering closely with Finance and Commercial teams to ensure accurate treatment and disclosures.
Acting as a trusted adviser, the role delivers high‐quality analysis and reporting to senior management, governance committees and the Board while mentoring finance capability across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant The role requires a qualified finance professional with 10+ years experience in the mining or resources sector, bringing strong capability across ASX reporting, international taxation, and multi‐jurisdictional treasury and funding.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated exposure to enterprise risk management frameworks and the ability to operate effectively within complex, regulated environments.
Experience within ASX‐listed organisations, project or debt financing, and African jurisdictions, along with familiarity with commodity marketing or trade finance, will be highly regarded.
