Working alongside highly experienced project leaders, you will take ownership of projects from feasibility and strategy through to delivery, managing scope, design, procurement, governance, contract administration and superintendent responsibilities across commercial, industrial, retail and residential sectors.
The Role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects through all stages of the development and delivery lifecycle, while acting as a trusted advisor to clients and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Lead projects through planning, design, procurement and delivery phases Manage and coordinate consultants across architecture, engineering, planning and specialist disciplines Establish project scopes, budgets, programs and governance frameworks Run procurement processes and prepare tender documentation Administer contracts and undertake Superintendent responsibilities Drive design management, coordination and documentation reviews Provide strategic advisory input during early project stages, helping clients manage risk and optimise outcomes Prepare client reports,
PCG packs and executive-level stakeholder updates Monitor project performance against budget, program and quality objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and consultants About You Previous client-side project management experience is highly regarded Experience delivering projects within commercial, industrial, retail and/or residential sectors Candidates from client-side consultancies, development organisations, architecture or engineering backgrounds, or builder-side Contract Administrator/Project Manager roles looking to move client-side are encouraged to apply Robust design management and consultant coordination capabilities Sound understanding of procurement methodologies and contract administration, including AS contracts Proven ability to manage budgets, programs, risks and governance processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-focused approach Ability to build trusted relationships and confidently engage with clients Why Join?
