Conveniently located in the heart of Western Sydney, our client is a globally recognised organisation that takes pride in delivering a wide range of high-quality services. They are currently seeking a motivated candidate to join their Accounts Receivable team on an initial temporary basis, with the view to transition to a permanent role in the new year. While previous experience of around two years is ideal, what matters most is a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
Position Summary
Check and gather all the invoices & supporting documentation for an assigned group of national key accounts
Upload the documents to the customers portal
Check accuracy, and get all errors corrected by branch admins
Ensure that their key customers have everything they need to pay their invoices on time.
Follow up on any unpaid/overdue invoices
Develop and maintain a relationship with their key customer accounts, as well as internal stakeholders who manage the face to face interactions with the customer
Any other ad-hoc items as directed
Ideal Candidate
Strong interpersonal skills are a must as you will be working within a team.




Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
An ability to work under pressure and organise work priorities to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the company.
1-2 years experience in an accounting/admin workplace
