The role
Ditch your normal 9 to 5!Take control of your work/life balance. We have exciting opportunities for support workers to join our amazing team. A variety of shifts available including weekdays,and weekends.
You will be providing direct support across a range of customer needs including, domestic and personal care assistance as well as assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.
This position is open to applicants who are current to the industry or have experience across a range of support services.
Skills and experience




Minimum 12 months' experience working in the disability support sector.
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Community Services, or equivalent qualification (mandatory).
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
Demonstrated ability to support people living with disability to achieve their goals and maximise independence.
Understanding of person-centred active support and positive behaviour support practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, sleepovers and public holidays.
Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, personal care and community access is highly desirable.
