full-time Accounts Payable & Administration Support Officer
to join our friendly team in Mount Isa.

About the Role
As an integral member of our Mount Isa office, you'll provide accounts payable and administrative support while helping ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in supporting our management team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing Accounts Payable functions accurately and efficiently.
Greeting visitors and creating a welcoming, professional first impression.
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to enquiries.
Coordinating training bookings and maintaining related records.




Providing general administrative support to the management team.
Assisting with a range of office tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
About You
We're looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable, Administration, or similar office support role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
A positive, can-do attitude with robust attention to detail.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
A current Australian Driver's Licence (essential).
