We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager from a similar workplace who excels in leading and developing people to build the business.
You will be passionate about guest service and ensure your team go above and beyond to create a welcome environment for everyone that walks through the door.
We're hoping you will enjoy:
Leading and coaching a team to work effectively and efficiently.
Building a guest focused team who can relate to all walks of life and build links in the local community.
Managing costs in a business to meet targets and identifying opportunities to build the business.
Experience in these areas is highly regarded;
Inventory and stock take.
Cost of Goods.
Labor control.
Rostering.
Our Assistant Manager positions are on a permanent salaried full-time basis. Full availability is required where you will have a 5 day rotating roster.
