Learn the ropes alongside experienced drivers:
Assisting with bin collections
Working on rear lift waste trucks
Learning secure lifting & site procedures
Understanding routes, customers & safety compliance
Early morning starts, local metro runs
No experience in waste? That's okay — we'll train you.
Step Up – Get Your HR Licence
Support and guidance toward obtaining your HR licence
On-the-job exposure to prepare you for driving
Real progression into an HR Waste Driver role
Ongoing stable employment once licensed
