The Role
We are seeking a energetic, articulate, and proactive Showroom Sales & Content Consultant to join our established customer-facing team.
This dynamic position combines face-to-face client consultation with creative digital marketing:
70% Sales & Showroom Consultation:
Welcoming walk-in homeowners, builders, and landscapers; answering phone inquiries; assisting with stone selections; and managing sample requests and order follow-ups.
30% Digital Marketing & Content:
Working closely with our marketing team to draft blog content (using AI tools), presenting stone products on camera for short-form social media videos,



and engaging with our online community.
No previous natural stone experience? No worries—we will train you! If you have a passion for learning, we will also provide in-depth training in modern Digital Marketing, SEO, and AI technologies.
What You Bring to the Team
Exceptional Communication:
Friendly, confident, and genuine. You naturally connect with people, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or on camera.
Service & Hospitality Experience:
Background in customer service, retail sales, or high-volume hospitality (café/restaurant experience is welcomed!).
Creative Spark:
Comfortable presenting in front of a camera for short social videos and keen to learn modern digital marketing tools.
Team-First Mindset:
Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn in a supportive, fast-moving environment.
