Landscaper - Fencing & Retaining Wall Specialist
Are you an experienced landscaper who takes pride in building things that last? We are looking for a reliable, skilled professional to join our team for upcoming projects focusing on
new fencing and retaining walls.
We aren't in a rush to hire just anyone-we're looking for the right person who knows their way around a site and doesn't need their hand held.
The Details
Role:
Casual (with a 3-month initial period at a set rate).
Pay:
$***** per hour + Super.
Overtime:
Occasional OT (1-2 hours) available depending on the project stage.
Schedule:
Early starts for early finishes.
6:00 AM Start
2:00 PM - 2:30 PM Finish
30-minute unpaid lunch break.
What We're Looking For
Experience:




Roughly 2+ years in landscaping (specifically structural work).
Skills:
Proven ability to install various types of fencing and construct sturdy, level retaining walls.
Attitude:
Reliable, punctual (that 6 AM start is non-negotiable), and a "get it done" mindset.
Equipment:
White card and basic PPE are a must.
