Impressive Plumbing & Gasfitting is on the hunt for an A+ Maintenance Plumber to join our team.
We're a busy, family-owned plumbing and gasfitting company based in East Rockingham, servicing Baldivis, Rockingham and surrounding suburbs.
Our maintenance team is flat tack, the work keeps rolling in and we have big plans to make **** an impressive year – so we need another great plumber on the tools!

HERE'S WHY WORKING WITH US COULD BE THE BEST CAREER MOVE YOU MAKE:
Base wages of $114,608 per year, calculated at $58 per hour for 38 ordinary hours per week
Work between 40 and 50 hours per week, depending on work availability
At 50 rostered hours per week, your 47.5 paid hours equal $143,260 per year
Actual annual earnings may be higher once applicable penalties, on-call bonuses and after‐hours call‐outs are added (minimum of four hours at double time per call‐out)
Superannuation paid in addition to your wages

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
The role is primarily maintenance plumbing, with plenty of variety to keep things interesting.
Your work may include:
Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
Blocked drains and drainage repairs
Leak detection and water leak repairs
Hot water system servicing, repairs and replacements
Toilet, tap and fixture repairs
Gas appliance servicing and installation
Backflow prevention and testing
Temperature control valve installation and servicing
Bathroom, laundry and toilet renovations
General residential and commercial plumbing maintenance
Running your own jobs and assisting apprentices
Completing clear job notes and photographs through ServiceM8
We also carry out renovations, new homes, commercial and industrial work, so there may be opportunities to get involved in other projects.
HERE'S WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Be a qualified and licensed plumber in Western Australia
Have at least seven years' experience as a qualified Maintenance Plumber




Hold a current WA plumbing licence
Hold a current Australian driver's licence
Gasfitting experience and a WA gasfitting licence would be a strong advantage
Be able to work unsupervised and confidently run your own jobs
Have solid fault‐finding and problem‐solving skills
Be comfortable guiding and training apprentices when required
Be honest, trustworthy and reliable
Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top‐notch
Have great people skills with customers and fellow workmates
Be organised and complete accurate job notes and photographs
Treat customers, their homes and your work vehicle with respect
Be willing to participate in a rotating after‐hours roster
