Plant Layout Design Drafter.

This role's primary objective is to provide high quality, technically sound sales layout drawings in a timely and efficient manner and to provide engineering support upon request, ensuring quality and manufacturing standards are met.
Some of the expectations of this role will include:
Work closely with the Sales Engineer/Estimator to efficiently produce a sales layout drawing that clearly and factually represents our quoted offering.
Consideration in design to equipment function in relation to the customer's factory environment. For example, pedestrian access, clearance of obstacles/hazards etc.
Initiate continuous improvement activities to assist the team achieve its goals.
To be successful in this role you must also possess the following skills and abilities:
1-3 years' experience in Mechanical Engineering drafting.
AutoCAD drafting skill particularly in the development of conceptual equipment layouts. 3D drafting experience would be highly regarded.




Display integrity, honesty and genuine enthusiasm in supporting the sales team.
Ability to work cooperativelywith other team members and company wide stakeholders to achieve team goals and maintain a harmonious team environment.
