We're seeking an
experienced Townhouse Site Manager
to manage the construction of a
24-townhouse site in Morayfield
, starting
mid-September
. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, coordinating trades, and ensuring the project is delivered to the company's high standards for quality and customer experience.
What You'll Do
Manage site operations and progress across
24 townhouses
Coordinate subcontractors and keep works moving to programme
Oversee quality inspections, compliance and keep the project running to schedule
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and strong site presentation at all times
Act as the key on-site point of contact for clients and stakeholders (as required)
Track and report progress, issues, and decisions to project leadership
Support the team to deliver a smooth, well-organised build from start through to handover
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a
Site Manager




on residential (townhouses/units) projects
Strong understanding of
quality, compliance, and build processes
Calm, confident leadership with a hands-on approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining the builder's quality standards
Strong commitment to safety and skilled site culture
Current QBCC site supervisor or Builders licence
