Maintenance Fitter – FMCG Manufacturing $55phr-$56phr + 20% Loading ($66phr - $68phr)+ OT + Super Monday to Friday Afternoon Shift (2pm-10pm) Kemps Creek We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing company operating a fast-paced, automated production facility.

The Role Working as part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment within a high-volume manufacturing setting.
Key responsibilities include: Preventative and breakdown maintenance on production and packaging machinery Fault finding and repair of mechanical systems Maintenance of conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes and processing equipment Supporting production to minimise downtime and maintain output Assisting with equipment upgrades,



installations and shutdown work Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures About You Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter / Fitter Turner Experience within FMCG, food, packaging or automated manufacturing environments preferred Strong mechanical fault-finding ability Experience working on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes and production equipment Ability to work both independently and within a maintenance team Strong focus on safety and preventative maintenance This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable manufacturing business offering competitive pay, overtime opportunities and long-term career stability .
