We are currently seeking a passionate and experience full-time Duty Manager - Food Beverage to join our leadership team.
You'll lead from the front, keeping our food and beverage operations humming, our standards high and our guests coming back for more.
You'll drive performance, spot opportunities and never be afraid to try something current to lift the experience.
From busy service periods to major events, you'll juggle it all with confidence, bringing energy, calm and a bit of flair along the way.
What you'll be doing Manage the day-to-day Oval Hotel food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction Lead, coach and develop front-of-house hospitality teams to achieve outstanding operational performance Drive the profitable delivery of all food and beverage services while meeting business objectives and financial targets Monitoring labour costs, operating expenses and venue performance to maximise productivity and profitability Develop workforce plans and staff rosters to support operational requirements and customer demand Oversee inventory control,



purchasing supplier relationships and stock management to maintain product quality and cost efficiency Introduce innovative food and beverage initiatives, promotions and service improvements that enhance the guest experience and grow revenue.
Prepare operational reports, forecasts and business performance analysis for senior management.
