Reporting to the Director of Planning and Development, the successful candidate will bring a practical, hands-on approach to project delivery while working closely with Council staff, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
The position requires a skilled who can quickly assess project priorities, establish momentum, and deliver outcomes in a regional local government environment.
Responsibilities Lead and manage assigned projects from initiation through to completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and reporting frameworks.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Requirements Demonstrated experience delivering projects within local government, planning, development, infrastructure, or related sectors.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing competing priorities.
