We're partnering with one of Australia's leading facilities management businesses to find a motivated Service Coordinator to support a busy Fire Services division.
You'll play a key role in ensuring technicians are efficiently scheduled while delivering exceptional service to a high-profile commercial client portfolio.

You'll work closely with technicians, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and customers receive outstanding service.




Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate daily work for Fire Service Technicians Manage technician diaries and optimise job allocations Liaise with clients regarding bookings, service requests and updates Respond to urgent breakdowns and scheduling changes Ensure service jobs are completed within required timeframes Provide administrative support to the operations team Maintain accurate records and update internal systems Deliver exceptional customer service at all times About You We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Planning role Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience coordinating field technicians (highly regarded) Strong computer skills and confidence learning recent systems A positive attitude and team-first approach Apply Now If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a respected national business that values its people and offers genuine career progression, we'd love to hear from you.
