COOKS RESTAURANT MANAGER Yuu Sushi – Albury NSW Yuu Sushi is a busy and well-established Japanese restaurant in Albury, NSW, known for serving fresh, high-quality Japanese cuisine and providing outstanding customer service.
We are expanding our team and are looking for enthusiastic and experienced professionals to fill the following full-time positions: Cook Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum (depending on experience) Key responsibilities: Prepare and cook a range of Japanese dishes to a consistently high standard.
Assist with menu preparation and food presentation.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
To be successful, you will have: Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
Experience preparing and cooking Japanese cuisine is preferred.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A commitment to quality, consistency and food safety.
Restaurant Manager Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum (depending on experience) Key responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Manage staffing, rostering and inventory.

Assist in achieving sales and operational targets.
