Roads Maintenance Team Leader Cabonne Council is seeking a motivated and hands-on RMO Team Leader to lead and support a small road maintenance crew delivering essential transport infrastructure services across the Cabonne Shire.
Reporting to the Transport Area Supervisor, this role is responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities, supervising field staff, ensuring works are completed safely and to required standards, and contributing to the efficient delivery of Council's road maintenance programs.

This position is graded 5 in Council's salary system.
The gross weekly wage range is $******* - $*******dependant on skills and experience.
