We're on the lookout for a Billings and Collections Officer who thrives on challenge, enjoys problem‐solving, and wants to grow with a dynamic team in brand‐new CBD offices.
Reporting to the Collections Manager, you'll manage a ledger of accounts and play a key role in maintaining accounts through proactive collections and query resolution, whilst also gaining exposure to billing and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to arrange payment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
Apply your solid communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service while achieving collection goals.
Manage overdue accounts with professionalism, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.




Work closely with internal teams to support positive customer experiences and effective resolutions.
Identify escalate high risk accounts for further review and action Generate and distribute invoices and statements Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues About You: Previous experience in collections, debt recovery, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to handle sensitive financial conversations.
Confident negotiation skills and the ability to secure payment arrangements.
High attention to detail, a compliance-driven approach, and a focus on achieving results.
