About you: You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and experience leading clinical care in aged care, residential care, or a similar healthcare setting.
You bring confidence, maturity, and the ability to support a team without needing to be hands-on in every detail.
Your background includes a strong understanding of aged care standards, clinical governance, care planning, and quality improvement.
Experience with AN-ACC, incident management, and documentation will be well regarded.
