Job Description Reporting to the CEO and forming part of the Executive Team, you will lead the organisation's approach to service quality, performance, and outcomes-ensuring services are safe, consistent, evidence-informed while continuously evolving.
Driving Continuous Improvement of Services Lead the development and embedding of outcomes frameworks and service improvement cycles across all programs Ensure services deliver clear, measurable benefits, using data, evidence and feedback to guide improvement Identify trends, risks and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable improvement initiatives Innovation and Service Redesign Champion innovative approaches to service delivery, including the design, refinement and transformation of programs Identify new partnership, pilot and funding opportunities that enhance reach and outcomes Use evidence and insight to inform service redesign, continuation or cessation decisions Measuring and Demonstrating Impact Embed robust systems to capture,



analyse and report on service outcomes and performance Ensure performance data and carer feedback directly inform decision-making and strategy Provide clear, evidence-based advice to the CEO and Board on service effectiveness and improvement priorities Leadership and Culture Lead and inspire a team of Program Managers and service leaders to deliver a shared vision of high-quality, outcomes-focused service delivery Build capability, accountability and alignment across service teams Foster a values-driven, safe and high-performing culture focused on impact for carers The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will be an experienced senior leader with a track record of improving complex service environments through innovation, data and strong leadership.
You will bring: Experience dealing with various stakeholders including government, community and executive boards You will ideally have experience in the health, disability, aged care or adjacent sectors Demonstrated experience in quality, outcomes, compliance and performance management A strong ability to design and implement innovative service models and improvement initiatives Proven capability to translate data and insights into measurable service improvement outcomes Experience leading teams through change and embedding high-performance, aligned ways of working What's on Offer Attractive salary package including a vehicle, additional leave, holiday leave loading, salary sacrifice.
