6 months contract with 6-month extension Baseline Clearance Mandatory Job details Service Desk Analysts support end users of IT systems and services.
They are often the first point of contact and assist users and other support staff in resolving issues reported by users.
They routinely provision new IT services and equipment to users and manage faulty and obsolete end-user equipment.
Key duties and responsibilities As part of this role, you must have the ability to work in a technical IT Service Desk setting, while remaining focused and collaborative with peers.
Must be able to work autonomously and have a desire to seek out and complete work assigned tasks.
Good with customer service focused skillset.
Must be able to work out of hours, on a rotating on-call roster.
Experience troubleshooting IT issues and communicate clearly and concisely over the phone.
Must be able to work reasonable overtime hours as directed by operational needs.
Good to have: Demonstrate experience with on prem active directory, AAD, exchange/mailboxes/distribution lists, user profiles, windows ***** troubleshooting, Office365 and MS Teams.
Experience with an ITSM solution, ticketing triage, incidents, requests, and escalation.
Level 1/2 ICT troubleshooting experience and privileged user account experience.
