About the Role Our JBS Hemmant Cold Store Facility is currently recruiting an experienced Dispatch Clerk to join our team in a full-time capacity.
Reporting to the Transport Coordinator, you will play a key role in the effective dispatch of chilled and frozen products to domestic and export customers.
Working closely with warehouse teams and transport providers, you will be responsible for processing orders, preparing and maintaining dispatch documentation, monitoring transport schedules and ensuring the accurate movement of stock.

Starting rate is $***** per hour + penalties Afternoon Shift | Monday to Friday | 2pm to 10pm About You Previous experience in a similar shipping, warehousing or logistics role preferred Previous experience with transport scheduling advantageous Intermediate computer literacy skills, specifically within MS Excel Proven ability to work under pressure Strong organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Why join JBS Australia?

The JBS Cold Store facility is strategically located in Hemmant near the Brisbane port and employs approximately 180 people.
Hemmant receives a high volume of truck and container loads of product from all the JBS sites around Australia, these are then re-loaded for our domestic and international customer' orders and readied for transport.
