Located a short distance from, world famous - Manly Beach, we offer full table service and a boutique product inspired by the back lanes of little Italy, New York.
A competitive salary of $78,000 + Super Annuation is on offer for the successful candidate.

This role is responsible for managing kitchen operations for our 50 seat restaurant.
Duties Responsibilities Your duties will include: Creative input for our menus across Dine in, takeaway and delivery.
Preparing, cooking and executing food designed by Head Chef and Directors.
Demonstrating cooking techniques and training new or junior staff Assisting the head chef in kitchen maintenance to ensure high qualified standards are met.




Maintenance and close surveillance of food and wage costs to ensure they fall in line with budgets allocated Assisting in recruitment of kitchen staff who meet high level expectations for our restaurant.
Establishing and maintaining effective employee working relationships at all times Ensuring our high standard of hygiene procedures are maintained and at times improved to meet all HACCP regulations.
Communicating politely and respectfully with all customers Skills Experience Your skills and experience will include: Demonstrated experience in a similar/comparable role.
Trade Qualifications Sound knowledge of Italian cuisine, specifically pizza and pasta.
A genuine passion for food culture Previous experience in staff training Experience working with a Head Chef and assisting to manage a team of up to 8 cooks.
