They specialize in commercial and multi-residential projects across South East Queensland, handling tasks like multi-level suspended slabs, hydraulic self-climbing core systems, and in-situ columns About the role We're seeking experienced Commercial Formworkers for immediate starts with a well-established formwork company delivering major projects across Brisbane's New Farm, Hamilton, and Newport precincts.
You'll work full-time, 10-hour days on commercial sites alongside a skilled, supportive team — with penalty rates applying after 8 hours every day.




Duties Assemble and install commercial formwork systems to plan specifications Read and interpret structural drawings and site plans Prepare structural concrete pours on commercial sites Maintain safe work practices and site compliance at all times Collaborate with site teams on high-rise and commercial developments Skills experience Proven commercial formwork experience (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred) Carpentry Trade Certificate (essential) White Card (essential) Ability to read and work from structural plans Working at Heights or EWP ticket (highly regarded) Culture People enjoy working with [Siteforce Recruitment / Client Company Name] because we deliver on our promises — consistent hours, weekly pay, and sites where your skills are respected.
