You'll work closely with the Head of Finance and play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls and smooth day-to-day finance operations.
Job Description We're looking for someone who is technically strong, commercially aware and happy to lead from the front by doing.
This isn't a role where you'll be sitting on the sidelines reviewing the work of others - you'll be actively involved in the detail while providing guidance and support to the wider finance team.
In this position, you'll be responsible for: Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports Managing month-end processes and reporting deadlines Maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations Overseeing statutory compliance, BAS,



FBT and other taxation obligations Supporting annual audits and year-end reporting requirements Providing meaningful financial analysis and insights to stakeholders Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities Monitoring balance sheet accounts, accruals, prepayments and provisions Supervising and supporting members of the finance team Identifying process improvements and helping drive greater efficiency across the finance function The Successful Applicant You'll likely bring: CA or CPA qualification (or near completion) Several years' experience in a Senior Accountant, Finance Manager or similar role Strong financial accounting and reporting experience Exposure to tax compliance, audit and statutory reporting requirements Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems Excellent attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving Strong organisational and time management skills The ability to build positive working relationships across the business Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior team members What's on Offer A diverse role with genuine variety Exposure to senior stakeholders and decision-makers A supportive and collaborative finance team The opportunity to contribute to process improvements and business initiatives A stable environment where your expertise will be valued A role that offers both autonomy and support
