As a Branch Assistant, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the branch.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll deliver excellent customer service, support warehouse operations and complete local deliveries.
You'll develop your product knowledge while building strong relationships with trade and retail customers.
This is a full-time role based in Wetherill Park, NSW.
Your responsibilities: Assisting retail and trade customers with product selection and orders.
Building relationships with key partners, including local builders and plumbers.
Managing local deliveries while representing the Tradelink brand professionally.
Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders, including loading and unloading courier deliveries.
Creating quotes, processing sales and following up on customer orders.
Supporting warehouse operations and maintaining a clean, organised branch environment.
Collaborating with your team to maintain a high level of customer service.
What you'll need to succeed: Physical fitness: You'll be on your feet throughout the day.
Experience: Ideally, you will have prior experience in a customer service/retail/logistics environment.
Prior knowledge/background in plumbing wholesale/trade sales experience would be highly beneficial but not required.
Team Player Attitude: We value hard-working, adaptable team members who contribute to a positive work culture.
Strong Communication:



You'll be working closely with experienced tradespeople who expect efficient, knowledgeable service.
Licences: A car licence is required.
A Forklift is a bonus, but not a requirement.
Australian Working Rights: A citizen or permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand.
