Household tasks: Perform light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, shopping assistance, and maintaining a safe living environment.
Companionship and social support: Provide emotional support, engage in meaningful activities, and accompany clients to appointments and community events when needed.




Documentation and communication: Maintain accurate notes, report changes in client condition, and liaise with coordinators and family members in a timely manner.
Key requirements Full Australian Drivers Licence: Mandatory for client transport and travel between shifts.
Police Check: Current and valid, demonstrating suitability for working with vulnerable people.
Working with Children Check: Current and valid, required for engaging with any clients under 18.
Availability: Casual hours with flexibility to accept short-notice shifts; immediate start preferred.
Communication: Clear, respectful, and effective communication skills with clients, families, and team members.
Physical fitness: Ability to perform protected manual handling and mobility support tasks.
