Sales Associate - Diamonds luxury jewellery $70,000 - $85,000 + Super Sydney, CBD Full time My client is a premier luxury jewelry boutique in the Sydney CBD, highly renowned for blending bespoke bridal design with elite craftsmanship.

Their clients experience a deeply personal, master-led design process, allowing their consulting team to work directly alongside elite, master jewellers in a collaborative, sophisticated environment.
On behalf of my client, I am seeking a polished, high-calibre Diamond Jewelry Consultant to join their Sydney CBD team.
This is not a standard retail sales position; it is a highly consultative role focused on storytelling, deep emotional connection, and bespoke design.
As the primary guide for their clientele, you will host private, one-on-one design consultations to help clients navigate the world of premium loose diamonds and colored gemstones.
You will act as the vital bridge between the client's vision and the in-house workshop, overseeing custom orders from the initial sketch and CAD approvals to the final, unforgettable handover.
Role responsibilities: Bespoke Consultations: Conduct one-on-one appointments to educate clients on the 4 Cs, gemstones, and metal settings to design custom engagement and fine jewellery Atelier Liaison: Work directly with our in-house master jewellers to manage custom orders from initial concept and CAD approvals to final handover Clienteling:
Build and maintain long-term relationships, meticulously managing a pipeline of quotes, design revisions, and after-sales care Boutique Operations: Maintain immaculate showcase displays and adhere strictly to luxury security and inventory protocols for high-value loose diamonds Target-Driven Focus: Be highly commercially minded, consistently hitting monthly sales quotas and maximizing transaction values through confident consultation conversions About you: Luxury Sales Experience: 2+ years of high sales success within fine jewelry, luxury bridal, premium timepieces, or high-end bespoke tailoring Industry Technical Savvy: A solid foundational understanding of diamonds, colored gemstones, and metal settings (GIA certifications or gemology backgrounds are highly regarded) Exceptional Clienteling Skills: Proven ability to build, nurture, and manage a dedicated client pipeline, moving seamlessly between pre-booked consultations and spontaneous walk-in guests Refined Presentation: Impeccable presentation, an eloquent communication style, and a qualified presence suited to an elite Sydney CBD clientele Operational Integrity: Highly organised with extreme attention to detail when handling high-value inventory, precision custom quoting, and luxury security protocols If you want to work for one of the highest reviewed, luxury botiques in Sydney, this role is for you.
