We're seeking a dedicated RN to join our beautiful Lavington team.
Must be Available to work all shifts especially night duty (specifically Tuesday and Wednesday 1st week of the roster and Tuesday the 2nd week of the roster).

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering safe, high-quality care while ensuring every resident is treated with dignity and respect—at every hour of the day.
What You'll Be Doing Conducting initial and ongoing assessments, planning and managing nursing care Developing and reviewing individualised care plans to meet residents' changing needs Participating in quarterly care plan reviews (or more frequently where required) Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with SCC policies and quality standards Ensuring the completion and accuracy of ACFI claims Supporting best practice clinical care in a collaborative team environment What We're Looking For Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration Minimum 2 years' experience as an RN in an Aged Care setting Strong commitment to high-quality, person-centred care Solid understanding of State and Commonwealth Aged Care legislation Availability to work varied shifts (morning, afternoon, night weekends) Working knowledge of AN-ACC, including assessments, documentation, and funding submissions
