Our client is a highly regarded premium hospitality venue renowned for delivering exceptional weddings, corporate functions and private events.
They are seeking an organised and customer-focused Events Executive to join their team and take ownership of the entire event journey, from the first enquiry through to flawless on-the-day execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced event professional who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships while delivering memorable experiences.
About the Role As the Events Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through every stage of the planning process while ensuring each event is delivered to the highest possible standard.
Working closely with internal departments and external suppliers, you'll coordinate all aspects of weddings, corporate events and special occasions, ensuring every detail is executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities Manage event enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Conduct venue inspections and client planning meetings.
Prepare proposals, contracts, event orders, floor plans and run sheets.
Coordinate with kitchen, operations and front-of-house teams to ensure successful event delivery.
Oversee event setup and execution, ensuring exceptional service standards.




Respond confidently to last-minute changes and solve problems on the go.
Maintain accurate booking records, deposits and event documentation.
Assist with billing, reconciliation and ensuring events are commercially successful.
About You To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have: Previous experience coordinating weddings, functions or events within hospitality, hotels, resorts or premium venues.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
The ability to manage multiple events and competing priorities.
A calm, professional approach under pressure.
Experience preparing event documentation and client communications.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You'll also have: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
RSA (preferred).
First Aid Certificate (advantageous).
Current Driver's Licence (advantageous).
