As the Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the developing effective relationships with the clients national customer base.
Primary Roles and Responsibility Responding to online and phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner Performing bookings and schedules for staff and delivery drivers Following up on deliveries and ensuring DIFOT is adhered to Assisting Customers with claims relating to damages, breakages and/or incomplete goods Create strong relationships with customers and offering quick and responsive updates Liaise with the warehouse and factory staff in regards to damage claims Document all claims and enquiries into the company database Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times Scheduling of deliveries To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
