We are looking for an experienced Change Lead to join our team and drive key initiatives through growth and transformation in technology.
The ICT Team The Information Communication and Technology (ICT) team enables our people to deliver value through efficient and innovative ICT services.

About the position The Change Lead provides expert advice and support to deliver ICT PMO–aligned change management across Council's ICT and technology-enabled transformation programs.
Operating as a senior specialist within the ICT environment, the role delivers end-to-end change management, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance to support business improvement initiatives aligned with Council's goals and objectives.
The position plays a pivotal role in enabling and embedding successful change associated with the replacement or enhancement of major technology systems, digital services, and ICT-led programs, ensuring alignment with agreed PMO frameworks, delivery methodologies, and governance processes.
This is a fixed term full-time position based in the Toowoomba CBD until July ****, with a possible extension.
The annual salary range for this position is $116,****** - $123,****** gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to *****% superannuation.

How to be successful in this position Possess a combination of qualifications, expertise and experience which will enable you to successfully perform the role.
Project management experience, including frameworks, processes, procedures and work practices.
Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end organisational change, in particular technology-driven transformation.
Effective leadership and stakeholder management.
Highly developed oral and written communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
Commitment to accountability.
