The Role Generate *****+ new managements each month.
Conduct rental appraisals and convert new business opportunities.
Prospect through networking, referrals, cold calling and relationship building.
Build long-term relationships with landlords and investors.
Maintain an active pipeline and consistently follow up leads.
Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure exceptional client service.




Represent the business at networking events and within the local community.
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting.
Achieve and exceed monthly growth targets.
About You Minimum 2 years' experience as a Real Estate Business Development Manager.
Proven history of consistently securing *****+ new managements per month.
Driven, competitive and motivated by financial success.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong prospecting and relationship-building abilities.
Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Salary Excellent base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus an outstanding uncapped commission structure designed to reward high performers.
