About The Role: Drafting and reviewing complex wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.
Advising clients on estate administration, probate proceedings, and asset protection strategies.
Conducting legal research, staying updated on relevant laws, and providing innovative solutions to clients.
Managing and resolving disputes related to wills and estates, including mediation and litigation when necessary.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Collaborating with internal teams, including senior lawyers and support staff, to deliver comprehensive legal services.
Participating in career development activities, staying abreast of industry trends,



and contributing to the firm's growth initiatives.
Skills Experience: With a current Practising Certificate Minimum of 1-3 years PAE in Wills Estates law Excellent communication and client management skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently Benefits Perks: Competitive salary package ($130,000 - $155,000 depending on experience) Quick Career progression to Senior Lawyer Exposure to a wide network of legal professionals and potential clients, fostering valuable professional connections.
