Due to continued growth, they are looking for an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join their team.
Position Terms: Permanent, full-time role Working 4 days in the office (1 day WFH) Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 plus super The Role: The Event Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of a wide variety of corporate events and activations.
Working alongside experienced Event Managers, the Event Coordinator will assist with every stage of the event lifecycle, from initial planning and supplier coordination through to onsite delivery.
Key Responsibilities include; Assist in the planning and delivery of corporate events and activations Coordinate event logistics from concept through to completion Liaise with venues, suppliers and clients Prepare client proposals,



presentations and mood boards Support event styling and creative planning Coordinate onsite event delivery Assist Event Managers across multiple concurrent projects Participate in creative brainstorming sessions Provide general administrative support to the events team as required The Candidate: The successful candidate will be a recent graduate with a degree or certification in event management or similar, with a passion for growing a long-term career within the industry.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail are essential for this role.
