Proven retail management experience (essential) Experience managing high stock volumes and a busy retail floor Strength in leading and inspiring teams of *****+ team members A passion for nurturing talent and driving team success Strong organisational and time-management skills Adaptability, problem-solving capability and a results-focused mindset Confident communication skills and comfort with retail systems First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—funded by us) Why Anaconda?
