CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Pipe Layers, Toppy Labourers and Pipe Crew personnel for civil construction projects throughout North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
These positions offer immediate starts across multiple civil sites, supporting underground services, drainage, earthworks and infrastructure installation.
With projects running for up to two years, there are excellent opportunities for consistent, ongoing work close to home.
Key Responsibilities Installing stormwater, sewer and drainage pipes Assisting with trenching, excavation and earthworks Setting levels, preparing pipe bedding and backfilling trenches Working alongside excavator operators and other pipe crew members Installing pits, culverts and other civil infrastructure Assisting with concreting and general civil labouring Reading and interpreting plans, levels and site drawings Completing site preparation and clean-up duties Following all site safety procedures and instructions Our Ideal Candidates Previous experience working in a civil pipe crew Experience as a Pipe Layer, Toppy Labourer or Civil Labourer Current Driver Licence and reliable transport Current White Card or Blue Card Strong understanding of civil construction and site safety requirements Experience working around excavators and heavy machinery Ability to use hand and power tools safely Ability to read plans and identify levels is highly regarded Physically fit and capable of completing demanding manual tasks Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude Relevant tickets, including confined space or pipe laser experience, are advantageous What We Offer $40–$45 per hour + penalties , depending on position and experience *****-hour shifts with plenty of overtime available Weekly pay Immediate starts Ongoing work, with projects running for up to two years Multiple sites across North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast Opportunities to work on projects close to home Career development and progression opportunities Support from the CELOTTI WORKFORCE recruitment team How to Apply Ready to join an experienced civil construction team?
