Field Service Technician | Industrial Air Compressors North Brisbane $85,000 to $105,000 base + paid overtime + vehicle + tools + performance bonuses Permanent full-time role A long-established Brisbane industrial service business is growing its field service team and is looking for an experienced mechanical service technician to work on industrial air compressors, pneumatic systems, and factory air systems.
This role would suit someone with experience as a compressor technician, mechanical fitter, pump technician, diesel fitter, hydraulic technician, pneumatic technician, HVAC/refrigeration technician, or field service technician working on industrial equipment.
Direct compressor experience is ideal, but strong mechanical fault-finding experience from a related service background will also be considered.
What you will be doing You will work across customer sites servicing, repairing, installing, and troubleshooting industrial air compressors and factory air systems.
Your day-to-day work will include: Servicing and repairing industrial air compressors Fault finding and breakdown support on customer sites Installing compressors and factory air line systems Preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing Working with pneumatic components and compressed air systems Using a company ute, tools, and field service equipment Building strong working relationships with regular industrial customers The work is field-based and varied, with a mix of scheduled servicing, installations, and breakdown work.

The salary guide is $85,000 to $105,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus paid overtime and potential performance-based bonuses.
Bonus potential may be available for strong performance, customer service, and leads generated through field work.
