Working closely with a highly regarded Partner, you'll advise on a broad range of sophisticated corporate and commercial matters, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, strategic commercial advice, corporate governance and major transactions.
You'll also have the opportunity to gain exposure to significant renewable energy projects and work alongside one of Australia's most recognised energy law practitioners.

The Chance You'll work across a diverse range of matters including: Mergers acquisitions Corporate restructures and business sales Commercial contracting and strategic advice Corporate governance and advisory work Major projects across a range of industries Renewable energy transactions, including project acquisitions, development and related commercial matters The practice acts for an impressive client base across Australia, delivering commercially focused advice on complex transactions and business-critical matters.
You'll work closely with clients throughout the entire lifecycle of transactions, gaining significant responsibility and hands-on experience.
