Stepping into this role, you will lead our kitchen over the weekend, dedicated to ensuring our residents enjoy delicious, nutritious, and high-quality meals within a warm, community-centered setting.
What You'll Be Doing Leading the Kitchen: Managing the meal service.
Catering to Everyone: Preparing standard menus alongside specialized textures and dietary requirements with dignity and care .
Quality Control: Ensuring every plate that leaves the pass meets our high standards for taste, temperature, and presentation.
Compliance: Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety records.
Teamwork: Working alongside a small, dedicated team to create a calm, efficient service.
