We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our agile team based in Wetherill Park.
About the Role As a Labourforce Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 + Superannuation (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Source and attract quality candidates using CRM systems, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
Create and manage job advertisements and screen incoming applications.




Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process in line with company policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate and client records within internal databases.
Complete general administrative duties to support the recruitment team.
Contribute to achieving team and individual recruitment targets.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in customer service, administration, or recruitment (agency or internal), or a genuine passion for working with people in a target-driven environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
The ability to work collaboratively in a busy team environment while also managing your own workload.
A proactive approach and a strong work ethic.
