They are currently seeking a highly experienced, energetic, and passionate Area Sales Manager to join their Perth based team.
The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for the management coaching of their direct reports and the overseeing of approx.
30 stores throughout WA.
Key Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to: *Manage walk up retail KPIs including ATMs *Own and drive store profitability / EBITDA *Manage and monitor customer Service levels at stores *People Management *Store Management Including launches, promotions, Inventory margins *Execute operations in line with standard operating procedures *adhere to Company and location policy and procedures *Financial analysis,



reporting and planning *Review existing estate /or identify opportunities and support BD in development of business case assumptions for new/existing store/ATM locations *Manage local relationships (landlords) ndash day to day operational account management Qualifications, Skills Experience required: *Solid background in the Banking / Foreign Exchange Industry *Retail Experience Essential *The ability to manage teams to deliver results *Manage recruitment, coaching, retention and performance *Protect the business by ensuring compliance to procedures and managing risks *The ability to build and manage relationships *Experience of managing change in a multi-site environment *A strong record of performance delivery, through increased sales, cost management, performance against KPIs and good P L management *Strong written and verbal communication.
