The Role Lead and support complex corporate, M A and capital markets transactions, including domestic and cross-border matters.
Advise clients on corporate advisory, equity capital markets, joint ventures and strategic transactions, with a particular focus on the resources sector and critical minerals.
Manage key aspects of transactions, build client relationships and contribute to the mentoring and development of junior lawyers.




About You You will ideally have Senior Associate-level experience in Corporate M A and Capital Markets, gained within a top-tier or well-regarded commercial law firm.
You bring strong technical skills, commercial judgment and the ability to manage multiple complex matters with confidence and attention to detail.
You are a collaborative lawyer with excellent interpersonal skills, a client-focused approach and a genuine interest in mentoring junior team members.
