Evolve Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Midwife Manager to join a supportive regional health service in Esperance, Western Australia .
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate midwifery leader to provide clinical and operational leadership while delivering exceptional, woman-centred maternity care.
About the Role As the Clinical Midwife Manager, you will be responsible for leading the maternity service and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care across the full maternity continuum.
You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes for women, babies and their families.
Dates- 17th August – 12th October Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and operational management of the maternity service.
Deliver and oversee antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care .
Support and mentor midwives, nurses and junior staff.
Promote a culture of clinical excellence, quality improvement and patient safety.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies and best practice guidelines.
Participate in workforce planning, education and service development initiatives.
Essential Criteria Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife.




Demonstrated experience in a senior midwifery leadership or management position.
Extensive experience providing antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care .
Current PROMPT (or equivalent obstetric emergency training).
Current FSEP/OFSEP competency.
Current Neonatal Resuscitation (NNR) certification.
Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Commitment to delivering protected, culturally appropriate, woman-centred care.
