Key Responsibilities Create urban design planning documents and presentation material Work closely and collaborate with both architecture and urban design team Assist and work on tier-one,



city-shaping architectural developments Coordinate with external consultants to create positive outcomes for client and community Engage in the crucial early stages of a project allowing a design to come to life Skills and Experience 3+ years' experience in NSW Urban Design practice Professional experience and exposure within both the mixed-use and multi-unit residential sectors Proven understanding and developed skills managing the DA approval process Strong knowledge of the ADG and local compliance which will assist with the development of our built environment Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software, Revit preferred Benefits and Culture Versatile and social office culture Excellent professional development within the Urban and Architectural design industries The studio close to bus routes and public transport lines, making commutes easy!
